Born and raised in South Africa, Chef Tania developed a passion for food early on, inspired by a family deeply rooted in culinary traditions. With two grandmothers who were exceptional bakers and a grandfather who owned a butcher shop, cooking quickly became a family affair. Later in life, Chef Tania decided to pursue this passion professionally and has never looked back. After completing her culinary training at the Superyacht Culinary Academy, Chef Tania embarked on an exciting career path, working aboard numerous prestigious charters and private yachts.
Specializing in wholesome and nourishing meals, Chef Tania creates dishes that not only taste delicious but also ignite the senses. With a versatile culinary repertoire spanning Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, and fusion cuisines, she brings a well-rounded approach to every meal.
